07/22/2014: 07/22/2014: Ottawa lost the 2nd stage of the larger of their two RO plants, and may end up pumping only partially filtered water, (+aerated, chlorinated and fluoridated) water until the RO filters go back into full service. A chemical feed malfunction occurred, causing a bank of membranes to foul. Repairs in process, with replacement membrane elements are on their way. BH .
